Was she upgraded

Was she upgraded to the cockpit?
Are you sure that it was the police who "escorted" her?
May be she wasn't first class at all!
May be the FA said, "go back to your street"

There is a double standard whether anyone wants to admit it or not.

For women the difference between sexual harassment and flirting is whether she thinks he is a toad or not.

For men the difference between sexual harassment and flirting is whether or not it comes from a male or a female.

Gay, dead, or married males only. And gays pretty much roll with the punches. The dead just stay dead. The married males are lying through their teeth.

Yes. A straight male will say "I don't know if a man is good looking or not because I'm not gay." Yet if he's out with his girl and comes back from the mens room and a sees a Brad Pittesque guy talking to his lady he makes a bee-line to her side. Yet if he sees a more Danny DeVito-type guy talking to her he heads over to the pool table and racks-up a game with his buddies.

My point is (and I do have one) is that it's not the message but rather the messenger. An ugly male Office Manager hits on a secretary and she calls human resources then Gloria Allred. A dreamy exec using the same tactic gets a blush and a smile form the secretary. In this way men and women are very similar.

Edit: This is the BEST freakin' thread! Such a nice relief from "Help I need xxx MQMs to reach xM status" or "Delta sucks" or "Blah blah blah SkyPesos blah blah".

This thread seems to be growing out of hand. It may have even risen to the point of being blown completely out of proportion.

It's unfortunate that this woman, who rightly can be called an entrepreneur, is criticized for showing some initiative, some spunk.

From this account, it's obvious she was willing to take matters into her own hands. Not content to just give lip service, her boldfaced approach towards these strangers in F cabin is an exhibition of a cocksure attitude. She surely had balls to come from the rear like that.

Perhaps she wasn't the best salesperson (evidenced her inability to drive a hard bargain) but she was candid. She wasn't trying to shaft or trick anyone.

I think the oral of the story is if you want to get a head in this world, you've got to swallow your pride and learn to fly by the seat of your pants.

Like much of this thread, that concept is something of a slippery slope.

Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Agree totally. From all accounts it seems this is the kind of woman a man can get behind......

This incident should convince anyone not already sold on the benefits of extra legroom.

Only long enough for DL to figure out a way to turn it into a legal revenue generating upsell opportunity.

I believe the incident in question is not related to legroom, but to head space.
