Has anyone else been experiencing emails and automated phone calls saying your secure flight information is missing and your flight may be subject to cancellation even when the information is in the system. When I call the medallion desk they initially said they don't know why the system is doing it since everything is in the system. After another automated warning call and another call to the medallion desk they said there is a glitch in their system affecting about 100k members. Just currious if everyone else is experiencing this?
Thanks

My correct info is in the system... at least SMS can read it back to me when I call.
But, the correct info will not display when I make a reservation. Even after multiple attempts to enter it, selecting the option to allow DL to store it.... and even after multiple e-mail and voice requests to DL to resolve.
And, even though the info is correct in the system, my BPs still display the wrong variation of my name... as recently as yesterday.

I received both a phone call and an email indicating my flight was in danger of being cancelled because my info wasn't in the system, but when I logged in it was there. I've got several flights booked for the next couple of weeks but it only affected one of the flights. Hopefully it's okay in the system and it won't cancel my reservation...

Same Problem Here
Yes, I am experiencing the same issue. I just got off the phone with the Diamond Desk. Just as you stated, all information is correct as they can see it, but if I look at it through delta.com, some itineraries are missing the info. I can correct it online and it will stay for some period of time. Then, I go back and check them, and Viola, it's missing again. This is extremely annoying. I'm afraid that my "A" fare trip to SAN on 11-1 will get cancelled and I'll lose my seat up front. The Diamond Desk assures me that everything is OK. I guess I'll find out for sure 72 hours prior to my trip

Update
I called SMS and asked the agent if he could reconcile my name on the reservations that I already had in the system.
He did.
And, in the process, he deleted my upgrades and any seat assignments that I had for my next trip.
Fortunately, I caught the error and called back in time to get the upgrades reestablished.
Absolute idiocy.
