Why stick with Delta?

DTW hub-captive. Direct/non-stop fligths to many European/Asian countries is a wonderful thing. That's the only reason I fly DL, international redemptions.

I've got plenty of miles on other airlines, and am thinking of doing an AA challenge in Jun/Jul (whenever the rollover is).

That's why I stay with DL. Yet it's not an exclusive relationship.

I'm sticking with Delta until October of this year, which is when I'll be burning every mile I have left to fly to Europe with my wife. Unfortunately, the award booking levels are so erratic, I need to keep flying them until then to make sure I will have enough miles! Well played, Delta!
