That site though doesn't let you LOG IN TO VIEW ITINERARIES.

Nevertheless, even when I log in to the usablenet site, I still get the logo.

This isn't a blackberry issue though because if you try to access the mobile site using a regular internet browser, the same thing happens

http://mobile.usablenet.com/mt/www.delta.com is the piece of crap never works. I don't even use it - it's junk. One of the reason why I still book everything via nwa.com and use nwa.com mobile whenever I can.

I've had the same issue with my BlackBerry, but I seemed to find a work around (although it's not very elegant).

Rather than signing in using your SkyMiles number, pull up your itinerary by typing in your name and record locator (this can be found on the bottom half of the "Check-in" page). The site will then successfully pull up the reservation and you can check-in the way it was meant to be

Since I get the "It's time to check-in" emails on my BlackBerry 24 hours before the flight, I just copy the record locator from that email and paste it into the browser. It's not ideal, but it works.

Hope that helps.

Yup, same here. Not working at all. Using "mobile.delta.com" or "www.delta.com"... can't log-in and view itineraries.

Come on, Delta... what's going on?!?!

It's called getting ready for inventory cutover next month... there is no timeline on the horizon for doing anything to Mobile.com until everything else with the regular Delta.com is fixed... sorry

Neither of the Delta mobile sites have worked for me for months, which is really annoying because their main web site takes forever to load on my iPhone.

I used to use them for the electronic boarding pass when going through security, etc. in ATL, but I finally gave up after it didn't work for a few months.

NW's mobile site has still worked for flights booked through NW, but it doesn't offer electronic boarding passes in ATL, I don't think.

Apparently I'm not the only one! Woo Hoo!! I have the iPhone 3GS.....it bounces me right out....I can see the start page, but nothing starts. You'd think they'd put some resources into this one.

Of course it also took two months for Delta.com to stop asking me for my last name until I clicked save for the 400th time and it finally stuck.

Delta...hello...this is a very important means of accessing information important to your most frequent fliers.

Is anyone at Delta listening?

Hello?

While it's incredibly inconvenient, it's a little reassuring to know I'm not the only one dealing with this. For me, as well, this has been going on for a couple of months.

Nothing like racing to the airport in a cab, trying to check-in via your berry, and having to stare at the Delta logo while nothing else changes.

It had might as well be an image of a middle finger . . .

Looks like they made some improvements to the mobile site at least on the account activity end. That's finally working and I can see my MQMs and activity history. Didn't check my itins.

they really need to fix this... I am an addict to the NW mobile site.. Although that is frustrating now too because it doesnt stay logged in like it used to. Have to enter SM#, pin and last name EVERY time...

Looks like they are trying, but ... is taking so long??
