I'm surprised Dovster hasn't weighed in on how much better Princeton is, and how they'll status-match you if you show a Harvard library card.

I was served an omelette on a DL flight a couple of weeks ago. Never having flown a NW breakfast flight, I cannot offer a comparison between a DL omelette and a NW omelette... but not being a fan of eggs, I would have preferred no omelette at all. Do you think I can get some compensation for that?

We can channel the good 'ol Mullin years and write a press release about the breakfast changes at Delta....just like they used to do when announcing a new benefit or service cut.
"At Delta Airlines, our customers speak and we listen. Customers told us that our hot breakfast entrees were too hot, and took too long to eat. To better serve our key markets, including those most sensitive to hot food, effective immediately Delta will provide cold breakfasts on our flights in small portions, and only on flights longer than 3 hours - to give our customers adequate time to finish their cold meals.
Delivering a product specifically targeted to the needs of our most valued customers is a critical effort at Delta. We thank you for your continued feedback."

You'll have to put in a request with Mr. Chicken.

I love this thread. It is seriously funny!
OTOH, maybe we should not have combined forums. Maybe we should still have a separate NW forum for therapy purposes, and so not to offend or aggravate the historic Delta FF'ers.
