PIN Request sent to "not me"
Sent to TTU today:
My wife received an unsolicited email concerning MY account (see below).
There is absolutely no reason why anyone but me should be getting this email. She is listed on my flight notification page, but nowhere else. The message is concerning my account, a salutation to me with my "skymiles" number and PIN request. I did not request this.
NO ONE BUT ME SHOULD BE GETTING THIS INFORMATION.
As rigid as the airline industry and TSA has been with travelers and travel restrictions, I would think that this sharing of information to ANYONE OTHER than the primary account holder would be a security risk. Is this an example of the "New Delta"?
Seriously now, fix this.
I would appreciate a reply explaining this.
