Yes-they stopped effective December 31, 2023. Too many people were getting it by getting a Hilton credit card that gave them Hilton Gold, then using the Hilton Gold to get MSC status, and then using the MSC status to getting the Deep Blue Extras. Deep Blue Extras now must be earned by actually sailing. Blue Extras are now given to people who status match from high levels with the other lines.
