The only one I know that definitely works is the discontinued FlexPerks® Travel Rewards Visa Signature® Card that TTT103 mentioned.

That's a pretty weak reason but if your spending patterns line up it can be worth it.

That is a valid consideration--something to ponder. I appreciate the response.
