Remember that the Visa only pays on the highest of grocery, gas, or airlines. Did you have higher spend in one of the other categories? Otherwise the bonus should post on the same statement as the charge.

I had only one transaction in that cycle, and it's at WM

Anyone get their winter bonus points yet? My offer was 2000 for $500, March statement has closed, no points yet.

Has anyone actually tested what happens after $120,000 spend? Has anyone actually tested how autopay rule and impact on maximum points on spend worked? What were actual results?

What happens at 120k? I only have the business card.

From their terms page:

I am going to try to hit this level by the end of the year so I should be able to post about what happens after $120k. I'm mainly wondering about how the bonus miles will be applied, since the base miles are pretty well-explained above.

Interesting. I didn't see any language about $120k soft cap in my business card paperwork. https://applications.usbank.com/oad/...urceCode=38849

The last time I tried that, I was told it could only be requested over the phone. I've done that, over and over, been transferred dozens of times, and so far I've still only gotten a $10 credit. This was for award travel last fall. No one can explain why I was only credited $10 after all my efforts. All they can do is submit a request for more research.

I called to get my credit this week and the guy was having problems getting my $25 credits (two tickets) to apply to 2 $25 charges (baggage), apparently they were greyed out on his screen. After several minutes, he finally told me that I had to wait until my statement closed. Is that normal? The charge was over a week ago so it had posted already. My statement started just before the charges, so now I have to call in 2+ weeks once the next statement closes.

Any opinion on whether it makes sense to apply for Flexpers Visa Signature in the branch vs. online? I have applied for it twice in the last three years and rejected both times. About six months ago, I applied for my wife but she got the no-fee card.

Is there a minimum CL for the Visa card?

Not normal, call again. I had to call last month for credits on bag fees and in flight drinks/food that had posted a few days before and no problems. In fact, the CSR said the credits would post in 4-6 weeks but they posted in about a week.

Such a PITA to have to call

Sure would be easier if USB had a secure messaging function.

Has anyone prepaid for bags (i.e. prior to the outbound flight) and been reimbursed?

They do have a messaging function. Log in, go to customer service, contact us, the box on right will have "Email Us: responses in 2-3 business days". I had 4x flexperks tix and charged $100 w/ AA on day of departure. Sent secure message and received reply that they saw it and will process. Credit in 4-6 weeks.

We usually hit $120 by the end of March. In previous years, it just netted us the .5/$1, at that point the rest of the larger purchases go on a United/Chase card or an Amex. Not sure about the whole auto pay thing though.

I happened to be on their website and noticed that my statement had closed, even before I called so I sent an email asking for the credit. I then noticed that the charges posted as 3/1 and my flight was 3/2, so their system probably thought it did not qualify since it was not within the valid date range. However, I waited until after midnight (possibly even 1am) to do the check-in exactly to avoid that problem, so it seems like Jet Blue doesn't operate on eastern time, which really sucks. I hope that US Bank doesn't reject it on that basis, given that my previous experience is that their CS doesn't go out of their way to satisfy the customer.

Update: after waiting almost 2 months, I finally called US Bank. The rep was able to submit the request and I got the $50 back a few days later. Time to close or at least downgrade that account since I've moved all the points out.
