Recommended Card for Work
I currently work at a small company and utilize a corporate AMEX charge card for the vast majority of purchases though the card is in my name and I get the reward points. I now have to order materials through an organization that only accepts Visa/Mastercard; no exception and I can't get the materials elsewhere as it's a required product for a Government contract.
I would like a recommendation for a Visa or Mastercard charge card I could utilize for these purchases as our accounting department is essentially useless and just shrugged their shoulders when asked for help. Total purchases are 50-100k yearly so I'd like something with a good rewards program attached. I can expense yearly card fees to my company, but rewards programs would be on me. Currently have as personal cards SPG Amex and US Air Visa.
Thanks

I'd say it mostly depends on what airlines and hotels you frequent (or would like to) and where you travel.
If you are a Southwest guy, especially if you can use a Companion Pass, I'd recommend you look hard at the Southwest Visa from Chase. I've saved a ton of money (pushing $3000) taking my son all over the country for free over the last 14 months.
$75K annual spending, for example, would put you more than halfway there. Rent a few cars, put some personal spending on there, and you have a Companion Pass.
For someone spending the amount you are discussing, annual card fees are negligible when deciding which card to use.

I usually use my miles from flying (US/UA) for tickets so I'm not heavily looking at a card for miles; I use PL for most personal hotels and rental cars. My AMEX rewards points are usually used for gift cards and I'd prefer something similar out of a Visa/Mastercard. I'm just not that familiar with what's out there for business charge cards as my AMEX covers the other 99% of companies I do business with. Diners looks ok, but it has a pretty hefty rewards program yearly fee.

With those travel parameters, you'd be probably as well off getting a good cashback card.
I think some give around 1.5 - 2.0%, but I've never used one.

What is the classification of the merchant you are spending $50-100K with? Does it by chance fall into any of the typical bonus categories like office supplies or telecommunications? If so there are cards out there that can pay 3% or more.
