I usually use my miles from flying (US/UA) for tickets so I'm not heavily looking at a card for miles; I use PL for most personal hotels and rental cars. My AMEX rewards points are usually used for gift cards and I'd prefer something similar out of a Visa/Mastercard. I'm just not that familiar with what's out there for business charge cards as my AMEX covers the other 99% of companies I do business with. Diners looks ok, but it has a pretty hefty rewards program yearly fee.
