As a reminder, this is a $0 AF, no FTF metal card with transferrable points (AA, Hyatt, Turkish, IHG, FB, Virgin Atlantic, Aeroplan, Emirates, Hawaiian).

FB = Bulgaria Air
FB = Facebook

Which has the better points system? And perhaps more relevant to this thread, to which can Bilt points be transferred?

FB is also commonly known as "Flying Blue" in these circles :D

The loyalty program of Air France (AF) and KLM (KL). :tu:

https://www.flyingblue.us/en/home

With the addition of CX and UA (Post # 26), that is a good variety of choices.

Indeed it is, but it would really sweeten the deal if they could get a highly differentiated partner under their belt, such as: Aegean, Korean, JAL, or Asiana.

Just got it and ended up with a 5 day period of 10x for all spend up to 50k points. So that’s not nothing. That’s actually pretty good for a no annual fee card. You get comparatively peanuts for the AA/DL/UA no AF cards, though the Hilton no AF AMEX isn’t shabby.

How did you manage to get the 10x for all spend for 5 days ? Did you have to use any special promo code or link or is it just random luck during the application process ?
Also is it 5 days from approval or activation ? If its 5 days from approval, then it may take about 3 to 4 days to even receive the card (possibly more) which would basically wash out your 5 day period. Would appreciate if you can shed some light on it.

I applied and was approved for this card a few weeks ago.

3x dining for a no fee card with ability to transfer to Hyatt, AA, and UAL is pretty incredible. And obviously being able to pay rent with no fee is nice. Even at 1x considering how high rents are now in a lot of cities you'll probably get at least 2 free Hyatt nights just putting rent on a credit card a year with no additional fees like on Plastiq.

Also I don't know if this was targeted or not but I got 2x points on all non-rent spend for the first 30 days and put $20k in estimated tax payments on it.

I plan to use this card for all my dining spend going forward and with most points going to Hyatt + AA I think.

I got an email the day my card arrived offering 10x for 5 days. I don’t know if it’s luck or a promo code or anything.

I ALSO got the 2x non-food/rent for 30 days bonus described in the previous post.

Are there and DP on which credit bureau does Bilt pull the credit score from ? I'm thinking about applying but would like to know where i'll be taking the inquiry hit.

Pay your tenant’s rent?

We rent out our old condo, and our tenant pays us via Venmo. Can Bilt send a check to us as the landlord (even though we’re the cardholder), and we use our tenant’s money to pay it?

maybe now that Wells issues it

Did the transition from Evolve to Wells Fargo require cards to be reissued or other inconvenience?

My understanding is that those who were issued with Evolve remain with Evolve, while new issues are with Wells Fargo. Apparently there is no way to change this, short of closing and reopening the card.

So many better ways to earn up to 10x on rent

Buy gift cards that wash 3x to 10x and pay rent with it as a debit card little to no fee involved . If you are banned from Amex and chase then this 4 th tier card is worth it .
