Using Plastiq to pay rent
I'm considering using Plastiq to pay rent, to meet sign-up bonuses for credit cards. The rent is paid to an LLC, but it will be a check mailed to my landlord's apartment. I live in San Francisco so the rent is quite high by most standards (though normal for this area: $3500/month)
Obviously I only want to do this if it will code as a purchase (not cash advance). I know that different banks may treat things differently; I'm particularly interested in BoA (personal AS card) and Citi (personal AA card).
Does anyone have any experience doing this?
