Just as a data point: Already had JetBlue personal card. Never got asked for any docs. Applied for Business Aviator. They are not requesting any business docs (which would have been fine) but now they want the SS# card copy, License copy and utility/bank statement copy mailed in. Super baffling (and a PITA) but it is what it is I guess!

What sort of documents did they ask for? If your business name is just your full name, and you have no revenue, it doesn't seem like there are any documents they can reasonably ask for.

Applied late last week and went to pending saying they needed more info. Got a call from them Monday morning and they asked about my biz (applied as SP with less than $5k revenue). Said they would have to move credit from an existing card, which I agreed to.
The woman then said "Ill recommend you for approval, but you have to talk to this other department." She then transferred me and they asked me 2-3 of the same questions about the nature of my business. They said that was all they needed and to expect an approval email.
48 hours later and no email. Checked status online and it had switched to denied. Just got off the phone with them now. The guy said "We werent able to verify this is a real business. Do you have any paperwork saying you have a business?" Explained that it was a small SP and I never bothered to incorporate. Put me on hold for 2 minutes and came back on saying to expect my card in 5-7 days.
Weird process.
ETA: status online seems to have been updated immediately to approval with the credit line agreed to.

I applied early April with 40K offer and got approved, the offer went up to 50K recently, i called the number on the back of the card and asked for them to add 10K to match the new offer, they checked the dates and came back and said that they would, i was told if i an applied within March 26th and April 29th that they would match the new offer, this is the time frame that they have in their system, so for anyone within this time frame you should call and get matched.
However, the points will not credit for another 60-90 days. Has yours posted yet?
