BofA product conversion - number to call
Can anyone recommend a number to call at BofA for product conversions?
I'm having problems converting a AAA rewards card to the cash rewards card, I did online chat twice and got two different reasons as to why it can't be done (the card affinity, no card can be converted to the cash rewards).

Just call the number on the back of your card. I tried closing an Alaska card and chat was useless. Phone rep practically begged me to convert to cash rewards instead of cancelling and seemed to offer any card I wanted. No bonus, but got to keep the big line and age the account.

If you want to try, call the number on the back of your card. Once you reach a live rep, ask to be transferred to Product Change Unit.
If they don't understand, ask for a higher-tiered rep/supervisor.

So, I guess that's the end of that road.
