Affiliated cards can be very restrictive in term of PC.
If you want to try, call the number on the back of your card. Once you reach a live rep, ask to be transferred to Product Change Unit.
If they don't understand, ask for a higher-tiered rep/supervisor.
Thank you, I tried this route, and was told that the card I currently have won't allow any product conversions.
So, I guess that's the end of that road.
