You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.
The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

purchased $250 E-GC on 8/11 posted 8/13 no reimbursement yet. It seems to be averaging 10-14 days if you look at previous data points. It can take a while longer too if they aren’t currently processing them.

50K sign up bonus -- threshold charge met on 7/16/19, bonus posted sometime on 8/20 (though I don't see any reference to the actual sign up bonus transaction, just noticed that my account is 50K more today)
AA $250 eGC -- charged on 8/7, posted on 8/9/19, rebate posted on 8/20 (appeared today, 8/21)

Heads up to anyone that wants to cling to the old site, but I just enrolled and had to add my AutoPay info again. If you're on AutoPay cruise control on the old "classic" site I don't know if that will stick once the migration is complete in a few weeks.

I am on the same boat. Everyone laughed at the old site for being "outdated". I actually really liked how simple and quick everything loaded. Nowadays it takes you 5 to 10 seconds to load any random bank's site full of ads, animations, cute buttons, etc. The new site is painfully slow.
One plus of the old site is that it gave you a lot of information for the *pending* transaction. Merchant, address, merchant code, etc.

When is the annual fee supposed to post on the account? I applied (joint application) on July 29 but did not get approved until Aug 2. I still do not see the annual fee posted in my transaction history. I received all 5 cards on August 8, but have not received the priority pass cards. How long did it take for the PP to come?
