Sometimes you have to be a resident of the state they operate in, while some were able to get the card without living in those states. It is very much YMMV. You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.
The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

Has anyone applied for this card at the location in Boston, MA?
The website lists this location as a Commercial Banking Office and states that "Banking services are not available at this location". It also says office hours are by appointment only. So I'm confused if that means you can't sign up for the card there.

I don't think this card gets TSA Pre credit, I did TSA Pre on 3/26 and a credit still has not posted. On the benefits page it only talks about GE credit, I think I'm SOL.

I apologize and I think you're correct. The Guide to Benefits booklet talks about TSA Pre but it says the TSA Pre application fee is a Qualifying Airline Purchase (part of the $250 airline incidentals credit). In addition to the $250 incidental credit, you get a $100 Global Entry application fee credit.

Good to know, thank you! Unfortunately this is the only branch in Massachusetts, so I'll have to wait and hope they expand into retail banking services here.

1. Is it 2 PPs in addition to the primary cardholder, or is it 2 PPs including the primary?
