The terms of the promotion state that the offer is not available to existing or previous Flexperts account holders. I wonder if they enforce this like Chase does. I guess I'll pass and not waste an inquiry.

What is the ratio when flexpoints are redeemed for cash?
Edit: based on the old thread, it appears that if you redeem for anything other than air travel that it is 1:1 ratio.
In that case, if the sign up bonus ends up being 35,000 points, with $3500 spend, it will be worth around $385. Not bad, but it's a pretty high spend fort that level of bonus.
