Is this a glitch?
So, purchased 2 rt Business Class tickets today using Aeroplan miles for next September ATL-PTY-UIO.
Looking at the booking class (I) on the ticket it shows Business, but the Fare Family shows Economy Saver (I). I know I didn't book economy, and picked seats in Business, so why does it show Economy Saver?
Thanks
CJ

It wasn't a glitch. As it is an (I) aware ticket from Aeroplan it reverts to that fare class.
On another crappy note, twice in the last two weeks they've changed my ATL-PTY-SCL ticket, first making it a 3 minutes earlier departure and then making it 3 minutes (so back to the original time) later.
I called the number to verify the changes as something so simple couldn't just be acknowledged in the app. Totally blanked and was calling a non-800 number.
AT&T just texted me telling me how I could reduce my $100 International calls to Panama
.
I've searched and couldn't find an 800 number from the US. If this happens again can I just blow-off calling them to confirm or will that affect the ticket if I don't, and/or is there a way on the website/app to accept the changes?
Thanks
