Anyone encounter situations where Copa has reduced access to R space? United.com is clearly showing R1 for an upcoming flight, but I keep getting an error when trying to redeem a Copa GPU. Was trying for a leg booked in W before, and am now trying the other leg which is booked in M.
Not a huge deal since these upgrades are about to expire, but I was hoping to get one last use out of them.
