OLCI Issue

Hello all,

My parents are useless on the computer so I decided to check both of them in online and email them their boarding passes. They are traveling together but on separate itineraries. I upgraded them both using my miles, and they appear as "Upgraded" on the PDA site.

I checked in my mother without issue, but when attempting to check in my father I got the following message:

"We are unable to complete the check-in process as a valid eTicket coupon cannot be found. Please contact a Continental Representative at 1-800-300-1547 for assistance."

I am really confused as to why my mother could be checked in but not my father. Bizarre. If you could chip in and let me know what's going on I'd really appreciate it!

call continental reservations and explain whats going on and ask them if the ticket is in 'sync'

perhaps they need to resync it and then you might be able to check in

Why not call the number provided and find out? Could be any number of things. I've had it happen to me also.
