OLCI Issue
Hello all,
My parents are useless on the computer so I decided to check both of them in online and email them their boarding passes. They are traveling together but on separate itineraries. I upgraded them both using my miles, and they appear as "Upgraded" on the PDA site.
I checked in my mother without issue, but when attempting to check in my father I got the following message:
"We are unable to complete the check-in process as a valid eTicket coupon cannot be found. Please contact a Continental Representative at 1-800-300-1547 for assistance."
I am really confused as to why my mother could be checked in but not my father. Bizarre. If you could chip in and let me know what's going on I'd really appreciate it!
