Very annoying.

However, I am signed up for the preview program and was able to log in to http://preview.continental.com just fine
I was able to open my account and buy tickets up until 2:30 pm ET.
This is helpful, I'll try it.

Damn it CAL!!
Don't worry it'll be up soon. If it is an emergency call and book, maybe a long line, but they'll waive the telephone fee and get you what you need.

just signed on to the regular co.com site. All my onepass info/summary is there, but the blue filler bar with elite status progression is all empty (it still shows my current EQM/RDM miles correctly).

Can't get into the preview site

Do you know something we don't? The site has been on the fritz since at least 8:30pm CST yesterday, I noticed the inability to book tickets then. This morning I could login to my account until around 9:30am CST.

I wish I would have checked this thread first today. I bought two tickets from IAH to CLT. I bought mine first and received one confirmation and one itinerary and receipt. I purchased my wife's second (slightly different travel dates) and she received one confirmation and three itinerary's and receipts were generated. I called the elite line and they told me that yes...she had three separate e-tix and they didn't know why.

Not really, sorry if I gave the impression I have some insight. But I have high confidence it will be temporary.
A plug for co.com and their web team....
I use CO.com every day and face very few problems. When I do (when maintenance is necessary, doing whatever web people do) it usually does not last long. Credit cards info gone, passengers list gone, no miles, no status anymore, etc. That usually indicates they are doing a little maintenance.
I've sent list of problem items to continental and always recieve a response. Even a few phone calls to get a better description of what is the issue at hand. No other website, airline or not has treated me this good. I don't believe I am the only one who has experienced good web help from CO.

Currently, as I mentioned I first noticed it at 2:30 pm et, I bought 5-7 tickets today until that point. Thereafter, using preview site I've bought 4 tickets.
Compared to other airline sites (bomb) co.com rocks.
Of course, if I was not able to log in since last night and was unable to buy tickets I'd be upset too

I think I send these comments over to the preview.continental.com Comments for Web Product Team as a compliment since it has been awhile since I have complimented them

Seems to have cleared up

I have been having problems since 1 PM ET. I could not log in, but now I am logged in and ready to conduct my business. All my miles and reservations are intact.

FWIW, Trip Alerts seem to be functioning normally. Just got mine for tonight's flight.
