reps that will do most nearly anything to help out.
the CLE PC bartender who i've only met a half dozen time knows that I like bacardi and sprite
and the lady in the bagage claim office in Terminal A in EWR that although she didn't listen to me too well, still got the problem solved and did it mostly with a smile.
Oh, and the part that I love the most, elite access in MKE. (if you've flown out at 6:30 am you'd understand)

Technology - especially PDA site, (relatively) transparent EUA process, timely EUA alerts

Most employees are a notch above those at CO's competitors in terms of professionalism, especially PC employees.

The employees--CO has some of the best employees in the industry and it shows. They are always kind, care about the customer, and fix the problems.

Awesome service, and when things don't go so well, awesome at showing you they truly care that it went wrong, and do everything possible to make it better.

So many, many things to choose from, but I agree about the service and the employees. On December 15 I had a 3.5 hour weather delay out of Knoxville and the Continental staff brought us ice, sodas, water, and PIZZA. They know how to take care of their passengers.

I agree.
Even when facing difficulties often associated with travel, I always go away from CO representatives feeling all that can be done has been done and with smile.

With that said I am very happy Continental Airlines has coinsider! Thanks Scott

I like that CO listens to their customers, and that they don't treat us like an inconvenience.

Serious.

Amen. Being able to do EWR over JFK (I did AA for a while) or DTW when I was doing NWA is amazing.

I suppose that there is little that one could add to the ongoing list being generated here. However, I feel like the thing that I enjoy most about Continental, apart from the tangible perks, is the fact that no matter what, and almost without fail, Continental employees thank me for my business.

I come from the world (and line of work), where the voice of the customer is king. Continental agents always thank me for my business, go out of their way to assure me that my 'status' with the airline is playing a factor in the process, to congratulate me on making the decision to purchase a lifetime PC membership, to invite me to enjoy this benefit or the other, and the list goes on.

Being made to feel like a person with respect, attention, and gratitude -- complete with a little pampering every now and again -- is a time-honored and oft underestimated activity for service related industries. I am so happy that Continental chooses to stay "old school" here.

Love the PDA site. When I'm travelling, no one else in my group has such a great tool with their airline.

Elite Access
Website/PDA access

But the best is knowing that CO employees considers me a customer to be treated with respect and not an imposition on their day.
