My return flight on 1/19 MSY-IAH only posted 50% EQM's but my flight 1/19 IAH-LGA posted 100%. Both were on the T fare. I called CO and got the "well these are discounted fare's and you only get 50% EQM's for those now." I replied with CO Insiders comments and she said call the OP service center tomorrow.

The 500-mile minimum doesn't apply to elite bonus redeemable miles? I just received 500 elite qualifying miles and 691 redeemable miles as a Platinum flying IAH-SAT. I was expecting 500 and 1000 respectively. If the redeemable mileage bonus for Platinum (and Gold) elites doesn't double the 500 mile minimum on these types of segments, I am going to be losing a lot of miles on this route and other intra-Texas segments.

Is the 500-mile minimum EQM mileage still in effect for CO elite members?
