Continental's website cannot find reservation
Hey guys & gals.. I purchased a ff ticket via Delta skymiles.. going from EWR to CDG to BOM via AF and returnb on the BOM to EWR on Continental Airlines.. The website "www.Continental.com" I did get a confimation number when I called the ticket confirm, but I cannot see it via my pc @ home or work.. and the Continental helpless desk has no clue either why this happening. I believe while I'm in India on my return leg and need to print my boarding pass, the security @ BOM will not let me in the airport without a boarding pass. The Helpless desk @ Continetal said just bring your intinary from Delta.com ..
Mind you I was able to access the Continental website a month ago to do a seat selection and now cannot access the website and get this "error" message.. cannot find your reservation, yet the ticketing agents can see my name and reservation.. is anyone having the same issue?

If you call CO do they show that you still have a reservation for the day/flight that you are booked on? If so, ask for the CO PNR or Record Locator for the reservation. The Delta PNR/Locator number is different and won't work on co.com. You also might be able to get the PNR by calling Delta, but I think it'll be easier to get it from CO.

I think something like this happened to me a couple of months ago. Had something to do with change prior to flight.
If I remember correctly the reservation needed to be synchronized with another computer. Ask about that.
Kinda stupid but it worked after she did it.
