rarely is an FA a "beancounter." an FA might be a beancounter if (s)he insists on giving a cup of soda instead of a full can. but, i don't think you wanted to use the word beancounter in the quoted passage above. i think the word you were looking for is: "lazy." whether the FA brings out all of the rolls or just one of the rolls isn't going to save continental any money (i.e., the point of the "beancounter" gloss, as jim rome would say).
