Okey-dokey. I am in the same situation as I was last night. Completely lacking any inspiration on what to cook for dinner.
Ideas, anyone? Seriously, what have you got around? It's always easy to whip something up. |

Mussels in wine sauce?
Have chicken, beef, pork in teh freezer, along with tilapia, cod, and some other fishy stuff (I'm not big on fish). Pantry has all the regular staples. Have fresh veggies and potatoes. Have rice. Have pasta. Do not have inspiration. Do not have will or energy. Do not want take-out. Want food fairy to wave her magic wand. |

Or you could do a creamy herbs the provence sauce with a one skillet method and cook the noodles in the sauce thinning it with a bit of veggie/chicken stock, or wine(it will absorb most of the stock if you do not over do it!). I like these sometimes, being single one skillet is nice! |
I see a rapid pwp coming up ahead. Less than 200 posts to major milestone.

*wave* Chicken stir-fry.
Now have a dilemma - potatoes au gratin/chicken in wine sauce or chicken stir-fry. Hmmm. |

Anyone else think Pinky looks a little like Donna from West Wing?
I was sitting at my normal bar and Janelle Maloony walked in with her husband/boyfriend. She was pregnant. I recognized her and my wife didn't believe me. We had to ask the bartender to confirm. |

If I need to set up a VCR and I don't care if said VCR interacts with the cable box, will a single S-Video cable do the job or do I need something for audio too?
