I would LOVE to open another round of Chase accounts, but I actually ended up using both accounts heavily - found that it was really useful to have one account solely for the money to pay each month's automatic, fixed-amount bills (insurance, car payment, phone, etc.) so that there's much less impact on the cash flow. Suffice to say, I'm wondering if going through the production of closing both accounts and reopening them is going to be a MASSIVE pain in the . Open a new acct, wait until the miles post and then close the new acct, not the old, thus leaving all your stuff in place. |

Has anyone here ever slept at SEA? I checked sleepingatairports.com but would like some real time input. Arrive at 11:15 - leave 9:05 the next morning. $50 for a hotel but I'd like to save it.

Thank you! So assume no armrests to deal with?
I did an overnight at SEA last year. The WN seats are "lie-flat" seats and are nice and quiet. The CO seats have armrests - :td: and so are not lie-flat seats. The airport is pretty dead after midnight. Just the cleaning crew roaming around. They didn't bother me, I managed to nap quite a lot. I arrived around 11:30pm and was on the earliest flight out on CO - around 6am if I recall correctly. |

In other news, CO is working towards increasing EWR-LHR to 5x daily! They're adding a 4th flight (3rd 752) on 3/28 and then adding the 5th flight (4th 752) on 10/31. Part of the increase is probably related to only having 1 widebody on the route this year, but they also must be doing quite well between EWR and LHR. http://airlineroute.net/2010/01/29/co-ewrlhr/ I really like the 10:10pm departure from EWR. I thought this route only had a single widebody for a while, including this past summer. Though, this past summer they did have the four flights, the fifth one is the bonus. I'm surprised they aren't adding that fifth flight to CLE though... |

Good point. While I have yet to do the Alcatraz tour, I can imagine this being the only reason for actually going near Fisherman's Wharf.

Hmmm. This may be worth dealing with teh BD ICC to see if I can tag on IAH-LAX-IAH to my Australia itinerary. 40 Quid in change fees and ICC  seems worth it in this instance. :-:

Cool.
I'm thinking this may be worth it for ATM access at places like IAH and EWR where they don't seem to have BoA ATMs, oh, and the miles ;)

LOL. WN is $125 more than almost all the majors for the same dates. I'm sure there's kettles out there falling all over themselves to book such "good deal" Spring Break fares.
