About to purchase some Hyatt gift cards, which are obviously used in my world - 1,500 miles in addition to credit card rebate for $3.45.

I think for DL to make a true go of it they are going to need to build up JFK and refine some west coast ops. Do they really need all of those flights to NRT? Point to point with longhaul is not going to do it.

Indeed - SkyTeam USA did no bonus for LUT, two times for mid-range fares, and three times for YBM and F, then added any class of service bonus (50%). And I took the scenic route after finding a $600 B fare from the east coast.

I don't get India, even with the drop in high revenue pax, there is still a lot of biz back and forth and they do have a decent corp contract portfolio. Plus, on top of that, there is cargo as well.

I think the issue is that DL's 777-200ERs can't make it and only the 77Ls, but they need those on other routes at the moment.

I just discovered they are flying a 77L to Lagos, that one escapes me.
