Haven't done much with newegg, but the one thing I have picked up from them is in my laptop right now... 120Gb SSD. Best thing I've ever done. Wish I could afford more of them. :D

I am waiting for the 50+GB SSDs with good write speeds to come down in price, the best now are http://rolleye.com/stylewhat.jpg

just FYI, I have had direct relationships with distributors as well, newegg in most cases (say 8 in 10) is cheaper, and their service is better, without the hassles of having to go to them to get a quote and taking extra time.

I've been munching on mini gingerbread cakes that I got at Costco -- so addictive & so yummy w/red wine!:D

I got a new holster for my birthday. I think it was something like $8.99, and it is vastly superior to the piece of crap that VZW includes with a new BlackBerry that retails for replacement at 400% higher.

I snagged a half-day teaching gig tomorrow, so I'm out early. Night, Box.

No prob. It's a problem hitting all the StarDO folks. I was wondering why my million miler balance didn't change. :)

While living in SAN, I learned they were based in north SD county and was able to pick all my orders in person. It was great.

not till about 1.5 years ago, mostly this is business purchases.( of course! I could never spend that much myself)

and on the other topic, yes memory prices are up across the board, I was paying 40% less for DDR2 and DDR2 ECC RAM 2 months back.
