.Edward's going to be mourning the loss of his ability to be patriotic and get those $ coins into circulation if the mint does not bring them back!

Mixed bag of fun here at the SFO RCC. I made the tactical error of buying lunch in the food court rather than going over to the SQ lounge that I'm pretty sure is open now. So I settled in for a glass of wine and some snacks.
I ordered the premium wine using one of my leftover international drink certs. They require 2 certs because it is a $10 glass of wine. At least it is a serious pour. And a decent wine. They also have Pepperidge Farm cookies out now. Many milano cookies to prep for my flight. :D

Milano cookies are heaven, along with nutella. Does the RCC have nutella??

I am working on it. I tried to do it while watching college football last Saturday, but I fell asleep.

No Nutella. Apparently one truly needs both UA and CC for the full experience. As one who doesn't actually like Nutella I'm not all that upset about it.

Apparently the UA premium wine thing or just the one I chose is new. The bartender said they only have had the wine in for a week now.

Either the reward calendar is broken, or CO Plat Reward Availability at the moment on IAH-NRT is truly pathetic. Not a single standard reward (in coach or business) on IAH-NRT from January 1 through EOS.

UGH, 297 has an unspecified MX delay and they're searching for a replacement plane. Not how I wanted to start my weekend in LAS, but maybe they find a 753 so my wife & I get upgraded (or something smaller than a 739 so we can take a bump). And I hope we don't lose our exit rows over this...

Oh boy, I took a trip to :rolleyes:ville.

You shamed me into starting one, even though I am not on the list above, and am updating it working backwards (now back to March; I had forgotten that I was essentially off airplanes between the beginning of April and the end of July, which makes this task much easier).

This doesn't bode well for the project, though. I hope it will be more successful than my other ongoing project (recording our LPs to .mp3).

I always seem to forget that the food in UA's SFO terminal is pretty good.
