I love The Box. Last month I went out to dinner with xyzzy, had drinks in the PClub with Fozz, and today Steph3n and I went out to lunch in The City.

In May, you met many more of us.

Seriously? No more SFOGate? Will you now be SFOBaggage? or SFOTicket? :D

Hopefully I'll be SFOInvisible. The amount of yelling that goes on in that office is unreal.

I really didn't want to bid into Baggage Service but the power that writes the work schedules doesn't sit up night worrying about what I want! I am number one of the part time bid but it doesn't help when there isn't much that I can choose from. Of course others just  their eyes at me because I get first choice of the schedules. I just want more days off and that's the only line that works for me and life outside of work.

Just had to buy another $2.17 in handsaw blades. For 2,504 PriorityClub points, think that's an OK deal ...

If you can get your hours and a four-day weekend, that works in my book.

Yes I did. I love the mini-DOs. Of course my daughter was calling all the time because she wanted to make sure that I wasn't dead since I was staying over at people's homes, people that I hadn't every met before except thru The Box.

wear earplugs at work :D

I actually wear my set of in ear headphones even without sound when I am inside the datacenter. After about an hour of server buzzing, it gets to an intolerable point. :)

I still have to talk to people sometimes, but you have to yell anyway, and the headphones with no sound source going it is possible still to HEAR, you just don't hear the shrill continuance of

Yep. She got her first passport at the ripe old age of 1 month. Took her first trip at 6 months to Hong Kong and Mainland China. I don't think she has ever flown on a real revenue ticket.

My next trip to LAS will probably be the first in a while without a visit to one.

I have not tried them. I had thought about it, maybe I will save it for my next trip to cali.
I am thinking to go for a pizza tonight. Not sure why, I don't really like pizza either.

I thought it would be easier than it is out here in CA to find a healthy dining option to eat out, really no different than other places, in fact maybe easier to find healthy foods in Miami.

I change hotels tomorrow and have a kitchen there, I may make some stephen specialty items instead of eating out, so much cheaper, and better.

Good idea. It's also nice that there is a high counter between us and the passengers and a back door for escape incase they manager to leap over it.

I understand that I might be calling the police every now and then.
