All of the SPG properties in downtown Chicago are fully booked this weekend.

My reward options are quickly dwindling and my work schedule is eliminating many options... I'm down to ORD or DEN. I have a feeling I'll end up staying on the ground this weekend.

Bruno is not really my thing, but HP opens next week.

Any recommendations for good restaurants/bars in Georgetown?

We arrive close to midnight on Friday night, so we will just go right to the hotel, but we want to get an early start on Saturday morning and will be in need of a great bar/pub for lunch and then a restaurant for a late dinner after the concert.

Anyone have a hook up to get a on the list for a white house tour?
Will trade pc passes ;)

Ze Master CO1E is with the arangutans or he would chime in, send him a PM I think he should get back to civilization tonight and will probably be able to inform you.

Excellent summation. Goofy books and even even goofier movies.

I thought about trying one of the ORD properties but the blue line is a painfully long ride IMO... If I decide to go, I guess I won't have any other options unless I want to head over to the North Shore instead.

That's the only current movie I had any interest in going to see. Of course, I'm not much of a movie-goer (did see "Burn After Reading" last year).

I caught the midnight show at the Edgewater Multiplex last weekend. Not a big Johnny Depp fan, but the movie was ^.

Clyde's on M just west of Wisconsin can fill that bill fairly well. It is not an all time great but it is pretty good and a true DC institution.

As far as that goes, I do not know where you will be after your concert but I would think that all of the best places with high tickets (eg. 1789, Marcel's, Citronelle) would have closed or be near closing their kitchens. The ethnic and casual places will be open and ready for you so if you just walk down the street and go into the first place that tugs on your elbow, you figure to be quite OK because most of them are pretty good.
