I've been to Total in both Maryland and Virginia. Here in Tennessee, we have an establishment with a mascot which might be seen as politically incorrect.

In point of fact, the building of DIA was very smart, and the reason the road to it is named for Secretary Pena. Denver, like most cities, was landlocked by its suburbs, and the high tax base new development was going there. Denver cut a deal with Adams county, allowing them to annex 55 sq miles of new city, and break the land lock. Adams, in return, got the hotel strip you see off to the east of Pena Blvd, and a good opportunity for more development on going.

Except the active promotion of smoking cessation would ruin the budget ;)

Smoking isn't very common where I live. Most work places and all restaurants banned it a long time ago which really made a difference^

The issue here is that it will not be the answer. I can just see the commercials saying that it will be said answer.

There is about 49% approval level (at the preliminary level) for said ballot proposition.

The way the states' got the protection from online sales was pretty cool: if the jurisdictional issues are too much of a quagmire, just get all the package services to agree not to ship retail cigarettes. No constitutional law issues, no taxation issues, but no cigarettes in a package on the front porch. Really brilliant.
