Just finished my weekend project - hacking a couple of pieces from IKEA + some MDF + fabric into a changing table for Baby 2.0.

Pro tip - if you're ever sawing MDF, splurge and get a 60-tooth blade for your circular saw. Cuts are about as clean as you can possibly get.

Need to spend a couple hours this afternoon continuing to load the new laptop from the old laptop (maybe there are way to automate that, but there's a cleanup aspect to doing it selectively).

But I have a tangentially related question: If logged in to FT (using updated Firefox), no images appear; just the link lines. Logged off, those appear as images. Does anyone know if there is a setting or plugin that is improperly configured or missing?

Ha. I just did my Tim Taylor/Binford "More Power" imitation with a jig saw. I need to replace a trim board that has rotted out. I was hoping the painter would say "Want me to replace this for $50?". He didn't, and in the process of painting broke some of the board off, so I decided to replace it with Tuf Board. Cool stuff, cuts easily with a jig saw which is a good thing since I had to cut semi-circles on each end to fit around the patio supports. I'm just going to let the area dry out a couple of days before I seal it all up.

In the "Edit Options" of My Flyertalk there's a check box for 'Show images".

I saw my dr. Thursday who advised me not to fly on Friday (both ears were badly infected); I changed the flight from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and made it through okay, but I should have taken her advise. I believe I left my bose headphones and Ipod in the seat back pocket (with 2 drink coupons in it to boot). Who knows if I'll get that back. It does have my card in it as well as the ipod is engraved but . . .

Then I left my purse in the concierge lounge last night; got it back; all appears to be there except my sim card is missing from my phone so not able to use it.

Sigh. I should have stayed home and in bed!
