I aways hated when songs were cut for a track change.

E.g. "Sister Fatima" on Don McLean's American Pie?

That's when you made sure you have some great 8-tracks.*+

Not only leaving 8 tracks in the sun, sitting on the fake leather seats when you had the top down caused damage too!

First was Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon.

I agree on managing music library. I use my cell phone, Pandora radio and the aux. cable plug for alternate music options. I also have a portable XM that plugs in as well.

XM is great!! Especialy the portable which goes everywhere! Even in the plane!

Sadly my XM is one of the FM modulation ones - when I started walking to work, I didn't keep the service activated. Might need to revisit that decision ...

Opps, just checked TripIt and I had bought an LGA-IAH-SJC for Oct 2 a few weeks ago. Luckily didnt overbook but this does mean I'm doing 4 SJC mileage runs from Oct-Jan.

I bought Led Zeppelin in so many formats I still don't notice when they are out-of-order! I still think my i-music is a life saver for the future:) Especially when you are "older" and live and breath classic rock:D
