No kidding. Just spoke with a rep, who said she had to send it over to the OnePass Service Center to have them manually recredit the 10K, and that it could take several days. Not like I need the miles immediately, but CO's computers sure seemed to be able to deduct my miles rather quickly; I don't see why they couldn't recredit just as quickly. :rolleyes:
