Good deal. I was out there with my wife and daughter back in early February - stayed at a condo in Ma'alaea. If it's in your plans, I can recommend a good snorkeling company.

First post of the day at 1114. Guess I needed the sleep. Snoozed right thru the fiancee showering, and the bedroom is right next to the bathroom. Morning, Box.

tjtenor4 pulled off a $400 bump on ORD-DCA and may end up with another one. Some people have all the luck.

Don't feel bad. The Space Shuttle crashed in (and around) the town I went to college. Those were some :eek: days.

I'd still plan on wearing matching hockey helmets

Funny you should mention that. I was in my cousin's wedding and moments from the start of the ceremony, I got hit square in the middle of the head by bird poop. I managed to clean myself up in the minutes before the ceremony started.

Just another chapter to add to your book should you survive to write it. :p

To think years ago people only had to worry about rain at beach weddings:p

SPG HQ has a bunch of rooms set up in the style of their properties. Very cool stuff. Headed back into Manhattan now for the less :cool: part of my day.

Right now I'm faced with this conundrum...
This works:
Code:

String[] arrDetail= new String[] {"0", "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6"};
int k =2;
String Carrier =  arrDetail[k];

This doesn't:
Code:

String[] arrDetail;
arrDetail = tmpTxt.split("/");
int k =2;
String Carrier =  arrDetail[k];

I've confirmed that the array is generated correctly but I cannot specify the element I want to read into a String variable.

Even more vexing is that this does work:
Code:

                    for (int k = 0; k < arrDetail.length; k++){
                          if (k == 3){
                        Carrier=arrDetail[k];
                      }

If I manually assign the row I want to read it fails. If I select it in a For loop it works. I'm completely stumped. I'm about to just give up and do the loop with a Switch statement but it is driving me bonkers.

I have a feeling this has something to do with the compiler not liking that numbers are held within strings inside of the array. Even though types are strongly enforced in Java I've had issues when passing numbers as strings before.
