On that note, I think it is time to go home. See everyone in a little while.

the cake that lent boston its name....

speaking of cakes I got one pic of a very nice fondant cake here, they were still expensive.

Also going shopping was eye popping, I could not afford very much, and wonder how the stores here sell anything of volume at all, it is so costly.

Shirts were 40-99 and more, shoes 89-400 dollars (and yes I am talking about dollars, converted properly)

Versace store was jaw droppingly expensive.

Actually I was wondering why I always called it Boston Creme Pie when it looked more like a cake/

I made fondant once - a bit of sugar in that!

Those are crazy prices for shirts and shoes!

Versace I think is expensive everywhere!

Soo sorry -- just trying to eat up stuff in the fridge! ;) Strangely, son has no sweet tooth whatsoever -- so it's up to me to eat it up!

Anyone at IAH? I'm hanging out in the C South PClub...

To top things off today after the TAKS cheating stuff there was an afterschool fight where a kid was stabbed.

Am killing time waiting for a UPS delivery for my son (who is at his friend's house). However, I need to go check-in at the Hyatt -- for another phantom stay & breakfast!;) Hoping UPS guys shows up soon!

At this point I'd be looking at the tracking number to find out your pkg's fate.

Plus1 -- on the shopping! The only time I would ever look at Versace is if it were at a discount store -- heavily marked down!:D Am glad I am not 'married' to designer stuff!

Canuckistan has invaded NY with their Mazda MX-5 Brigade. I wonder if we're in any danger.
