so... here's a question for ya! If I boarded a flight without having a boarding pass scanned what happens? This happened to me last week in MEM during the bad weather. After my original flight was cancelled I called OP elite line and got myself re-booked on the next flight out, but with the pandemonium going on at the gate I was not able to have my boarding pass printed and therefore not scanned. I was simply ushered aboard the flight in a rush to get the door closed. Now those miles are missing in my OP account. |

Sigh. [colpuck] wrote, quite specifically and hardly open to interpretation, that no could "contest" your assertion that UA brings negative value. I simply responded that obviously Smisek himself and the CO board would disagree with [colpuck]. If those (rather important in the overall scheme of things) people think that the merger brings positive value to CO, then by definition those people would "contest" your assertion. Whether or not the boards can "do no wrong" has zero to do with [colpuck] assertion and my counter. All it was was a counter to your assertion. And that's all I've got to say about that. It's a pathetically simple statement but [colpuck] seem incapable of grasping it. |

OK, it's decision time. Do I stress out about getting to LIT and trying to make the 6:10 or just resign myself to being here another night and rebook for tomorrow morning? There's plenty of availability on the direct LIT-EWR at 7:00am tomorrow. The manager is giving no indication that she will be available any earlier than 4:00.
