I sometimes ask about the local gift when overseas at SPG. They were so proud of the local gift in Xiamen that I felt compelled to take it. It was a mug in a very nice presentation box. I finally unpacked today and went to wash the mug. I realized that the mug had a label on it; not a decal, but a label; with an uneven white edge. I'm pretty sure someone in the hotel printed it out and slapped it on. I just need to take the points from now on. :rolleyes: |

FTD phone rep is really awesome! I've spelled everything out, but thought he could spell Susan all on his own. Nope. He wanted to spell is Suzne. Hooked on phonics has gone way too far.
