I would be up for this as well. COFlyerCLE must be exposed to Tony Luke's. :) I'm not much for baseball unless I'm there live, and I do enjoy a good day of going into Philly and cheering for the visitors solely out of spite.

That is quite the commercial for downtown Wilmington.

If I move on from this company, I will be thrilled to never set foot in downtown Wilmington again.

Excellent. I haven't been to Tony Luke's myself. Plus, it will be much easier to wear my Indians cap with you around.

I'm looking at the NB305-410BL. I really like the 10" form factor (same as the 9" I currently have, I believe). The ability to upgrade to 4GB RAM on the T115D is nice but not sure it is worth the extra cash. Then again, I did get a full refund of the $428 I spent on the first Acer so this is basically a free upgrade. The T115 is also a pound heavier which isn't much but that adds up over time...

Oh, and I need something that is in stock in NYC elsewhere from BestBuy as I will not do business with them and my old Acer is now on a 3x daily reboot cycle to keep network connectivity.

I got mine from Tiger Direct and using bing.com cash back, it ended up costing me $420.

With what tax is in NYC, can't you just have it overnighted for less than tax from a vendor outside of NYC?

While it is a 1lb heavier, for me, the larger screen and the real CPU was a happy trade-off.

I dunno...the definition comonly used on the rest of the internet...10" screen, less thatn 3 pounds, low-end processor, dirt cheap.

The 11" ones are bigger, heavier and otherwise not NetBooks. Doesn't mean that they aren't small, reasonably light notebooks, but not netbooks.

I guess I missed the website where the exact specifications of a netbook were proclaimed.

So the only thing that makes that particular "notebook" not a netbook is the screen size? It's 3.1 lbs, that .1 lb is negligible right?

Walt Mossberg calls netbooks "small, light, minimalist and cheap laptops". At $404 on NewEgg, I'd say it fits the definition.

I did once wear a Devils jersey to a Phillies game. That was fun.

There is an outpost of Tony Luke's in Citizens Bank Park, which I found to be stadium-priced but likely a little better than Orange Street. sbm12 and I did Orange Street and it was unspectacular.

I would likely be flogged at either location because I do not enjoy onions or peppers.

Certainly doable. I'm not sure what the schedule will be, and clearly if my only travel is to EWR, then I'll also have to consider some serious MRs for this year as well.

But I'm always up for baseball.

Yeah. I was actually just informed by the Netbook Generalissimo council that, because of my comments, I will be banished to using a 15 lb. laptop on my next five trips running Windows 1.

My fiancee does 'American wit-out'. I abhor the thought of an onion-free cheesesteak, but that's just me. You are of course welcome to visit the Philly area and order any way you please, so long as you stick to Teh Rules.
