JFK-PTY and PTY-MEX
PTY-MEX was a no go.
We are hoping for the last one to clear.

In my limited international experience, I would still put AMS at the top of my personal list. Having said that, I have not been anywhere in Asia and I fully expect to be blown away by SIN, HKG, and ICN.

The kids make me feel like I don't comprehend the effective use of sarcasm.

Great series of films, just under W. C. Fields for me. And you can meet Ma Kettle when my mother comes to the housewarming in two weeks.

ICN makes AMS look like child's play.

I just cleared PTY-JFK

I just cleared My Office - Living Room. Hope the IFE is good. :rolleyes:

All five of us were upgraded into PTY. Four of us got PTY-MEX (windwalker got the shaft). Nothing on MEX-PTY. I'm #1 on the list for PTY-MCO. Those guys all cleared for PTY-JFK.

The trip was ALCO, :rolleyes:v, windwalker :-: Lurker and me. ALCO stayed out at the airport in MEX and was on the 6am back to PTY and on to MIA today. Dunno how his return upgrades played out. In my case there are 6 empties and we are done boarding. I have no idea why I didn't clear in advance. I'm calling shenanigans. I should've tried for a companion at the gate.

Overall, very good upgrade numbers. And we did some decent damage to the bar stocks at PTY - as well as to our livers - during this last stop, just in case the upgrades didn't clear. :D

I just have to remember that I'm renting a car in 4 hours and taper off the drinking accordingly.

We're working a HUGE fire now in Clifton.

That is the wsay they do things down there in PTY. When we SteveGadFlys and I got upgraded on the MEX-PTY segment a few weeks ago we arrived at the gate during boarding, went to the GA and he read our names on our boarding passes and said, go see the agents you have been upgraded!! very good servicein my opinion!! (this is what I was trying to tweet about earlier!)


Interesting. The one regret I have on my flights were not getting additonal lines. (yes I have mentioned before, and yes I am still bitter!!)

They must get a lot of last minute FC fares on that route as both of my trips I thing the upgrades on PTY-JFK were late too! Either way your up front!! :)
