Isn't the exit to NJ3 eastbound (I think that it is 153) also on the left?

Has it been in service as a rental or is it being used as a residence or vacation home?

No matter what you answer, I will not be able to give any advice about it since I am not an attorney in Florida but I do enjoy thinking about those sorts of problems and this is the first question that you will be asked by your lawyer.

I am not an atty or CPA, but off the top of my head -- any 'gift' over $13K per yr/per person -- is subject to gift tax (or lifetime gift tax allowance). You'll want to consult someone who is familiar w/gift tax issues. Depending on what the total value of your share is -- maybe it's possible to gift it to your brother, his spouse, his kids, etc in amounts up to $13K each.

Hopefully others with better knowledge of this area will weigh in!

Also NB GSP to Rt 17 N, I believe it's Exit 163.

Howdy chitlins! Been a busy weekend here in the carsonheim/opsprof household. Yesterday was spent installing plants, mulching, trimming trees, etc. Today was followed up wtih more of the same. This winter in CLL was a record cold winter, like the coldest in 100 years or some such crap. As such, we lost about 85% of the plants we put in last year. Friggin' freezin' weather cost us a buttload of money replacing our palm trees and other plants. I did decide to choose plants with the highest tollerance for cold temperatures, so I've got stuff that's cold hearty to 10 degrees. The yard is looking pretty good now ^

Haven't been on for a couple of days, and there's no way in hades that I'm going to go back and review the hundreds of posts I missed! So, hope the  are not too much and that everyone has had plenty of :D over the weekend.

Got a response from TripIt support regarding my non-updating mileage total. They suggested that in the future I email my itins instead of manually entering them. Only problem is, that's what I do.:rolleyes:

In the ten minutes since I posted, my TripIt mileage total has updated. Weird.
