I drove past a Northern Tool and Equipment store yesterday.

A. I didn't know they actually had stores,
B. My first thought was their odd shipping practice during the last major NW multi-partner promotion :D

No - it's not used for a specific transaction (and some of my colleagues think coffee is icky).

Never been to KOA. We go to HNL about 3-4 times a year, and we have also been to OGG several times.

I see. Why you don't try go to KOA sometimes in the future. You are always welcome. Next time if you fly another airlines nonstop from Mainland USA-KOA flight.

If you have a fare that lets you go elsewhere (e.g. "HNL" is the "stopover"), KOA is worth the landing.
