I didn't think it was possible/ethical for a firm to place a non-compete clause in an attorney's contract. Isn't that against public policy, as unduly restricting the practice of law?

ALCO, is it worth spending a night or two in CPT (1 night before our afternoon flight back to JNB?) or should we just go out to the Hermanus area and drive back to CPT for a day trip?

Lunch was not the best. Cantaloupe was too hard.

You should pick up some strawberries, they are just coming into season and are fantastic. We went through three pints from the Farmers Market in two days.

Prices have been high of late, although HEB had some decent offers two weeks ago (1 lb of organic for $2, I believe).
