I think I will run this by the s/o. He needs to get to SNA in April or May and I was going to tag along, but the RJ's and/or props are going to be a tough sell.

There seems to be many different routings available, so avoiding RJs and props while maximizing miles shouldn't be too difficult.

Anyone have success with the UA LFG? I just found my flight to LAX was getting repriced up $15 on .bomb but Expedia has the cheaper version. I submitted the claim but have no idea if I'll get screwed since it is all online, not actually talking with someone on the phone.

This day is !

Can I book using a UA VDB voucher online? If so, how?

No, type B vouchers have to be exchange at the airport or a CTO (if you can find one).

Hey, fozz, can you PM the details of that HOJO????. I need to stay at IAH overnight during a MR and want a cheap place close to the airport.

It was the HoJo on Greens road just outside of IAH. It should be easy to find doing a search based on airport code.

IAH properties are cheap right now. I got a HGI for $86 a/i near the airport for Saturday night. I would just stay with my parents but this gets me my 10th night for the Q1 promo.

Does any drugstore chain sell Marriott gift cards?

If I knew I could secure E+ now, I would be all over that. All mainline?

ORD-TUL-DEN and LAX-FAT-SFO will be on toy planes. Not sure if exPlus service is offered on the TUL routes. The FAT routes ill be on EMB-120s, most likely.

Not that I was expecting anything, but La Cucaracha Airlines emailed back after 2 weeks: no compensation, just a form letter. I was thinking about following up but a) I don't really care and b) I want to stay off any Panamanian blacklists. I certainly wouldn't want my contact lens solution confiscated at the gate.

I've seen them at CVS and Walgreens.

I just spoke to the S/O and told him about the UA routing, and I think he just  at me on the phone. He said, "didnt you tell me about some $200 elite something first class on Continental? I want that"

So I just booked LGA-IAH-SNA and back on a B-UP for about $220 each way :D

Always a good decision. :-:

I really have a lot to do and I don't feel like doing hardly any of it. But I'm leaving early to go do DMV stuff since I have to be in so early tomorrow morning, so I suppose I should get to it.

But I need twelve more posts.

My boss invited me to lunch along with the new guy who will be my counterpart in CLT. He suggested a Mediterranean place near by. And it turned out to be a great suggestion, as I was able to acquire a plate full of delicious meat. :D

No luck. Contact was mistaken, did not get to meet him today, but they were a good group to work with anyway.
