Snow is coming down steadily now. May be another snow day tomorrow :rolleyes: My kids have been out of school since last Wednesday because of snow/Prez Day holiday.

In regards to the CC being lifted, I'm suspecting Chase or CO recently had a leak.
My Chase card got lifted and cloned. I got a call a few weeks ago from Chase about a series of few-hundred dollar purchases at Walmart in the Dallas area. They caught it quick, but unfortunately I was on the road and they had to shut the acct down, which was a bit of an annoyance. Since that incident, they've put holds on my acct twice within the last month and have me call in to validate purchases. I also got a call on my United card, though I don't use that nearly as much. |
I have to wrap things up tonight. I leave for OC early tomorrow morning so I can be at an 8 am meeting. Tomorrow wraps up with a 5:30 wine tasting. ^ I will be staying down in OC (HR Irvine) tomorrow nite.

Since I am out of work and things are a little tight, we wound up going to the Spaghetti factory in Downtown Houston (parking is free after 6pm). The food was eh.. nothing special. But, it was reasonably priced. Service was surprisingly good. And, shockingly, it was about 75% full for a Monday night!:eek: I'm guessing that's because people had the day off.. but still...
