Snow is coming down steadily now. May be another snow day tomorrow  My kids have been out of school since last Wednesday because of snow/Prez Day holiday.

I need them to go back to school......:D

Sigh, only one more 75+ day here tomorrow before it cools off to the 60's. :(

My Chase card got lifted and cloned. I got a call a few weeks ago from Chase about a series of few-hundred dollar purchases at Walmart in the Dallas area.

They caught it quick, but unfortunately I was on the road and they had to shut the acct down, which was a bit of an annoyance. Since that incident, they've put holds on my acct twice within the last month and have me call in to validate purchases.

I also got a call on my United card, though I don't use that nearly as much.

Last year, I had my PPlus account shut down and new cards issued twice in three months because of fraud. The first was at a Tractor Supply Company store in Williston ND and the second was a car rental in IST. Talk about worlds apart...

I have to wrap things up tonight. I leave for OC early tomorrow morning so I can be at an 8 am meeting. Tomorrow wraps up with a 5:30 wine tasting. ^ I will be staying down in OC (HR Irvine) tomorrow nite.

This is going to be a long 2 days...

Since I am out of work and things are a little tight, we wound up going to the Spaghetti factory in Downtown Houston (parking is free after 6pm). The food was eh.. nothing special. But, it was reasonably priced. Service was surprisingly good. And, shockingly, it was about 75% full for a Monday night! I'm guessing that's because people had the day off.. but still...

And Vancouver had to cancel 4,000 already-issued tickets for each day - the standing room area was deemed unsafe due to rain/weather.

Have started that process in my home. Just got called by M&S in SEA who asked about dinner Saturday. I told them I got the survey but was in YVR Sunday and back in BNA on Monday ...

It is snowing here again. My kids haven't been in school for a week. The snow and ice on our roof have bent the gutters on the front of our house. I am tired of this. If school is canceled tomorrow, you will be able to hear my laments in IAH.

University was closed here today as well due to snow

A nice but reasonably-priced seafood place (also happened to have SkyClub $20 certificate and made reservation through OpenTable).

Ah ok. :) Knew they had one in Houston. You didn't want to shed the cert for a local place in SEA though?

Thanks for dinner btw, I don't think I thanked you on Saturday.
